Intro to Biostats 

Instructions: The packet included here is a great ALL inclusive guide to statistics. It includes the basics of why we use stats, sample problems, and explanations for all the test that we will use this year. 

WHILE READING the first 3 pages, Take notes (in your notebook!) and answer the following in your UNIT GUIDE (1.3 preview section) 

- WHY BIOSTATS: 

1) What are the basic requirements of sound data collection?

2) How do you increase reliability in reporting results?

3)What are some examples of obtaining an inaccurate stat from a sample. Examples of accurate data samples?

3) Please complete all additional tasks as well as adding notes to your stat guide.
