4.2 -Anaerobic Respiration (Fermentation)

Preview:

Alcohol fermentation vs. Lactic acid fermentation

- Anaerobic respiration also known as fermentation is a useful method of producing ATP, and for some organisms, their only choice. For this preview, you will be comparing the two processes! Set-up a venn diagram, a t-chart, or any other comparison method and:

1) Find five differences between the two processes (alcohol fermentation vs. lactic acid fermentation).

2) 3 Similarities between the two processes.

- Please be ready to share and explain these differences! (You may use the resources on the website or do some outside research).
